our nieces!
Our new little niece, Ellie Rose, has been making good progress. She's still in the hospital, but hoepfully she will be able to come home soon. Please continue to keep her in your prayers.

our new addition...and more!
Well, things are going a bit better since we brought home dog #2. We got Charlie, our black lab, from PAWS back in January. Lexi just came from PAWS this past Friday. She's about a year old so she's a bit older than 7 month old Charlie. Oh, and she's a lab mix, possible lab-pointer mix. Anyway, things have been interesting. We've been dealing with Lexi being sick w/ repiratory stuff and recovering from surgery, along with Charlie trying to get used to a new dog in the house. Well, maybe I should say that Charlie is getting used to Lexi showing her dominance! She is definitely oging to be a dominant female dog in this household I think. So, we don't have any kids yet, but having 2 dogs, both young, is good practice. :) I've posted a few pictures below.
Justin is starting his online grad class tomorrow. He's excited about getting started on his Master's degree. I'm excited for him since he's been wanting to do this. He's getting his degree throught Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, which is a Christian school. Justin's really looking forward to getting his Master's and then hopefully attaining a doctorate at some point.
I've been working on Fridays at the Woodford Co. Special Ed. office, leading the language portion of a language/motor clinic for 3-5 year olds. It's a long day with 6different groups, but it's fun to work with the kiddos. Some of them are even my students at Eureka so it's nice to get to work a bit extra with them.
That's about it for now. More to come later. It's been a busy summer so far and will continue to be so there's bound to be more updates! :) Oh, and don't forget to check out these pix of Lexi. I posted a few of Charlie, too (he's the bigger one).
